SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All the orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing. (Monday – Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2-6 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 50 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.

  • Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue. One of some steps includes a quality check by the team & we reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a store credit/product exchange. Store credit comes with a validity of 50 days.
  • We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to  help you.
  • Exchange charges are ₹ 150. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
  • Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
  • In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
  • Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at @isotraps.in within 2 days of delivery.
